Modern Mens Barber

Modern men’s barber was my favourite saloon but had a real bad experience toady.I was totally disappointed by the haircut, besides the waiting time I got a real real bad haircut and beard trim. The guy was so rude didn’t even finished my beard trimming and went home with a half moustache. Lucky I had mask with me so i got home and fully trimmed my beard.

Turned up just after 6 on a Thursday (when they close at 7) to be turned away as they couldn’t take anymore. Only 2 people waiting for cuts at the time and 2 people on. Second time this has happened, won’t be coming back.If I could give less than 1 star I would. Tried this barber again, as I needed a cut in a pinch. Waited over half an hour, with 3 people still ahead of me and 4 people cutting. I walked out. They were letting in men who they knew were getting clipper cuts, allowing them to skip the line because that’s all their apprentice can do, without considering asking others as that’s all I wanted. But I wasn’t an old man/regular perhaps? So didn’t get the skip the line treatment. This is the slowest barber shop I have ever seen. Walked around the corner to another barber and had my hair cut in 10 minutes for less than half the price of this place

My son has grown his hair out for 6 months and today the barber(?) butchered it.He didn’t do as my son asked, and cut what he wanted to. Although my son is only 13, he is a paying customer and should have been listed to.Not impressed. My son heard the barber say, as another walked past, “don’t worry, I’ll fix it”… he didn’t. Just made a bloody mess.If I could give zero stars I would.

Asked for a fade but didn’t get one, haircut was rushed and the barber did not take his time nor did he even talk well I was getting the haircut

Waited about 1 hour to get my hair cut only to have it done by someone who isn't properly trained, the website said the cut would cost $25 but i ended up paying $35. $35 to wait an hour and not have it done by a proper barber. The old man near me had been waiting almost 2 hours he said and he decided to leave. Noted this happened roughly 3-4 months ago

Love the place , great people to talk to aswell , easy to get along with and they trim very very well

Overpriced and the quality was more like a buzz cut than a scissor cut. Disappointed. The lady needs to work on her customer skills too, wasn't pleasant at all with her snapping and getting frustrated on what number I'd like when i didnt understand how short it would be. Won't be back for sure.

I've had Alg do my fades and beard trim when I've visited from Perth a handful of times. His fades are impeccable, attention to detail is on point. Good banter clean and tidy place to get a haircut wouldn't go anywhere else in town.

Normally get great haircuts from here, although today was an exception. My sides are uneven, my corners were trimmed all the way back, and I asked for a fade, but didn’t get one. Very poor and put me off coming back, worst haircut I’ve ever had
