Went into the store as serious buyers salesman told us that if there were stairs they wouldn’t deliver and said they would have to drop it off outside the door for us to carry up ourselves. Only had one story to climb aka 1st floor flat.

I had a really bad experience, buying one of their suspension straps. The pictures on the website shows a perfectly fine suspension strap, ready to be used, but when you open the package there are missing 2 carabiners out of 4, to actually use the product as it is advertised in the pictures. I went all the way back to the store to tell them that, but they wouldn't believe it, but did not have time to prove me wrong, so I had to go buy ekstra carabiners. What a waste of time, petrol and money I had...
