Very nice park. The picnic area should have spots for real BBQ, not New Zealanders ones with gas, but normal ones with fire. The park is a pine grove, very pleasent for a walk and there are several bike tracks. The sea front is very nice and relaxing (and quite windy XD). Recommend

Great playground for the kids ..3 flying foxes and other equipment.Paddling pool...Massive open space...walks...Small animal park over the road.Very old school mini golf at old school prices.Adrenaline park over the road..prices look a little step...but awesum experience by the looks.

Went this park with one of my friends . It was beautiful, Quiet and there was a nice park there . Natural beauty all around .. A good place to visit with friends when you're in a stressful situation.

Absolutely amazingly awesome at the recent carnival in the new year. An annual event.. fabulous flying foxes and public paddling pool. Fun time with the family.

Overall great family mountain biking spotIf you're here just for mountain biking, there is 10-15km of Decent set of cross country sand based forest single-track. Suitable for those new to mountain biking, low technical skill levels, and generally flat / minimal climbs and well maintained.If you are parents tag teaming your ride with one parent looking after the kids while the other rides, there is a great sprawling playground nearby the trail head with 3x flying foxes, a nice big climbing net tower, and a sand play area.

Bit wet the day I went so couldn't get through on my bike due to huge pools of water on the track, and no cell reception which was a huge pain. Great tracks if they had of been dry.

Nice wet field scene. There were so many kinds of birds. It is also a good place to watch the sunsets.

Great place to have a day out with family! The kids absolutely love the place as it has a huge field with playground on the side. The park has several BBQs to enjoy a nice family meal. There are plenty of car parks available. Drinking water supply is just beside the park. It also has a public restroom. There is wee place nearby if the kids want to look at some chickens and birds. Been there couple of times. Highly recommended ❤️
