I've found Toll to be great to deal with when I am waiting a delivery. A company, I use when doing purchases, uses them to ship items to me. They send from Auckland to Wellington. The company, I deal with, keep me posted as to when I can track my items. The 4 times, I have used this company (as only a new client of theirs), as soon as I see the tracking the items are with me within 24 hours or less. I haven't used to send an item but in terms of receiving goods they are excellent

So I purchased an order from Cotton On over a week ago. I contact the Cotton On customer service team to ask what's happening to be told it's been delivered" which it had not. So I waited till the next day

Worst courier ever. Sent my parcel to hamilton instead of wellington despite the address being correct, had to phone 7 times to rectify it, one of their agents just laughed and hung up. 7 calls and they still didn't rectify address. Perhaps hire competent people so you don't have 45min hold times before you can speak to someone, clearly you have alot of complaints.

Absolute worst company i've dealt with. They lost the proper tracking information so my item was just sitting in their depot with them doing nothing about it for ages. The truck driver, when it was finally out for delivery, decided that he couldn't be bothered actually delivering the item or even going to the door (I was in the lounge by the window, and can see the path to the front door) and just marked the item as 'undeliverable'. When i called to ask what was wrong, you told me you would sort it out and call back, and i was never called back. I had to call you again, and was told it had been sent out in another truck just 10 minutes before i called, and that it should arrive by 4:00. The tracking information on the site updated to tell me that the truck went out well over an hour after i was told that it had, and the item never arrived by 4:00. I called again, and after waiting for ages on hold, when the call was finally answered i was immediately hung up on. Most pathetic excuse for a team, or company that i've ever experienced. These people are incompetent, and should not be in this job. Both the drivers, and those on call. Still waiting on my delivery.

My parcel has been in Wellington for 13 days now and has been unable to find its way to my house. The sender told me there was a misdelivery, then that it was back at the depot awaiting delivery. Any communication with Toll themselves has been fruitless and frustrating. I would strongly recommend against using them.

Terrible - my package has been stolen from my apartment complex as within 2 mins of me going downstairs the toll courier driver left my package unattended - signed for it themselves and now i am left with no communication from them and a package which is over $100 worth of stuff gone and no compensation from the shopping website as they can't do anything as TOLL SIGNED IT THEMSELVES now going through camera footage to see if toll stole it themselves not Happy at all kinda hoping toll did take it and i will be following this up

I experienced a mis-delivery of an online, tracked order due to similar post codes in my area. The customer service phone line were very polite, professional and helped me out entirely to find my package. There were some gaps in communication where I was meant to receive a call-back but instead needed to pester a little but nonetheless the staff gave me all the information I needed regarding my package and kept me in the loop of what could be done. Eventually the package was retrieved from the incorrect address and personally delivered after hours by one of their drivers. I felt very taken care of. Special thanks to the amazing staff working on the priority-line.

A very easy place to navigate. Helpful staff. The forklift driver had a level of skill that was staggering. Even asked me what way I wanted the quad bike loaded onto my trailer. Very thoughtful. Freight was super fast to arrive. Overall, a superb level of service

NZ Post recommended Toll and one other freight company. I had an oversized and quite heavy package to send to the South Island, so called Toll for a quote. The person on the phone was interested, helpful and patient. This was a pleasant surprise as I'm just an individual cash customer for a one-off transaction. The quote was shockingly low. I do appreciate that it is Depot to Depot but that is a great help. I dropped it round to the Wellington depot thus morning and again - the service was brilliant. Easy access, ample parking, clear signs and very well presented inside. The staff were fantastic - easy process with tracking. I accept that the package isn't at the destination yet nor do I know whether it is in one piece - I'll do an update once it is there. So far - thoroughly recommended. Just as an update, package got to the recipient on the next day. Truly exceptional service for the price.

The new phone I bought was also signed by toll's courier. toll is a den of thieves who guard themselves against theft. Really hope we victims can band together and get our packages back or get compensation.
