Huge variety of everything to do with stationery and office, even crafting. Could spend hours in there and I'd be poor. Haha

Rude staff and photos are very very poor quality I can’t believe I paid for them will not be going back in this store not a smile or thank you to be had staff obviously hate their lives and make you instantly miserable when you go there! Terrible!!!!

Very poor and rude customer service. Went for a passport photo and the lady who does said to her co-worker he can wait. They may had a bad day, but taking out on a customer is not right.

Very dissatisfied , great staff. But only 1 person serving 6 people waiting .. staff wandering around doing nothing. If i could go somewhere else i would.

The staff are not good, they don't seem to care. I printed some photo over there, they said only took 15 minutes..after waiting 25 minutes, the first 2 print came out, waiting for the next 4..but one of sales assistant took both of my receipt. We're waiting until 1 hour, the prints still didn't come out until the store closed. The staff explained there's something wrong, without saying sorry. Next day I came, different staff asked the receipt, I said didn't have one as been taken by yesterday's staff. They don't seem to care.

Poor customer service. There were 4 person but all of them failed to give proper answers and I am not satisfied with their useless answer and excuses. They were not interested to sell items. I got this from Petone store and same thing I asked in this store they refused to give on same price and didn’t give me proper answer. Worst experience ever. Strongly not recommend this store. All staff are like they need training.

Came in today to print/bind big document... mid way remembered I actually needed 2 made... total of over 500 pages...Staff member T was extremely helpful, went out of her way to do it as quick as possible, and even delayed her brake time, later she made sure I could collect my order, even though it was closing time... awesome job and I will be coming back!
