Awesome premium price (the nearest quote to Cove's was over $500 more p/a). I needed to make some policy amendments and using the chat facility was quick and easy - thanks Cove, I will be recommending to family and friends.

As the time for insurance renewal came around I decided to investigate other insurers.Cove was a better option with lower premiums and the same optional extras.Great communication from the time I did an on line quote, will check them out next time I need Travel insurance.

I as unsure about Cove as I hadn't heard of them. I phoned and spoke to Robyn who was based in Wellington. She took the time to assure me Cove was a stable insurance company, she was knowledgably, well spoken and friendly. This company has got the basics right by having good people as a first point of contact.

Pet insurance can be tricky in New Zealand with so many different policies, excess & co-pay options.For me, Cove's Major cover does what I want insurance to do - cover the really big bills so I can limit my financial risk of owning a dog.

I'm happy That I switched from AA to cove. I have had multiple claims accepted and attended to quickly. Communication has been good. Insurance is affordable... You're doing well despite the challenges a new company is likely to face. Keep up the good work.

You go through the entire process of getting a quote, then they ask if you have had any driving infringements in the last FIVE YEARS! That's a really long time... in most instances, enough time for any points to expire on your license. Apparently still enough for them to deny you cover. This includes bus lane, parking, speeding, or other tickets. Like most of the bad reviews, I'd agree you should go to a more well known company rather than saving a couple of dollars just for the sheer hassle!
