Bought an electronic part that didn't work. Phoned them the same day to say it wasn't working and was told I could bring it back and get a refund. When I did take it back 5 weeks later, they said 'No, you had to return it within 3 weeks' and would no longer refund us. Only $95 worth, but if that was their policy, they should have told us. Not impressed.

went yesterday for parts was greeted by the most miserable obnoxious grey haired parts man, who obviously hates his jobI walked out and got my parts which from Waikato tractors who couldn't be more helpful, this guy would be better suited as a funeral director.
