I have been here twice now and both times have been great. Nurses listen and help when needed. I had some swabs taken and she called me a few days later and informed me of the medication I need and sent it right over to the pharmacy.Second time was recently as I had a headcold (now sinus infection)

I thought it was supposed to be easy same day appointments or with We Care Now a drop in.It takes weeks to get an appointment and no set GP. I have just driven 25 minutes, leaving work early to get to wigram drop in before they close in 1 hour only to be turned away because they have 'suspended the service' for urgent care although i had checked their website prior. I have been told tondrive to Pegasus instead. Absolutely disgusting.Worst regrets changing to this practice

지금까지 뉴질랜드 30년 살면서 받은 최고의 의료서비스입니다. 엄지손에 Deep Cut 으로 인해 여러군데 병원을 가봤지만 피가 많이 흐르는데도 최소 2시간이상을 기다리게 하였읍니다. 그러나 여기 위케어는 위그램 위케어와 연결하여 금방 Stitch수술을 해줘서 너무나도 고마웠읍니다. 감사합니다

IT WAS AWFUL that I had to take antibiotics for 7 days for no reason just because the SWAP test result came out too late.The nurses from wecarenow are very kind, however the system seems horrible or very short staffed. I had very bad side effects of Antibiotics and they didn't let me know to keep taking it or stop it FOR A WEEK!!!! Couldnt call to clinic directly, no way to contact to them even though I need medical advise.
