Poor customer service. I'd give zero stars if I could. I ordered 2 items from their website, I received one about a week later but the other is apparently out of stock yet they continue to show it as available. No refund or product 5 weeks later. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails. Don't deal with these people.

Edited review - Had a spot of trouble with communication regarding an item that was discontinued, causing delays in shipping, however they were really great at following up with my order once they realised what had happened. I just recommend that you follow up with the store if you dont get a tracking number within a reasonable time for online orders, otherwise they are great! My items all arrived and are great quality.

Edit: After almost a year I received a call from a new staff member apologising for the error and wanting to rectify past issues the company has had. To their credit, they sent out the missing item quickly at no additional charge. Rating for overall service updated accordingly. Thanks for taking some initiative, Ash.

Great customer service and great prices. I bought a really nice quality roasting dish for less than half the price the same product costs at briscoes. I spoke to someone on the phone and they were friendly and helpful and even checked to make sure it was in stock. I received it in the mail within a few days.

I placed my order on Sunday and received a confirmation email right away. On Thursday I hadn't heard anything further, so called the store. The person on the phone said she would deliver my order herself on her way home if it wasn't too far. I live a reasonable distance from their store. She said that my order would be dispatched to me and I could expect delivery on Friday - I just got my order. As promised. Thank you for delivering on your promise and I'm happy with my purchase!

Placed an order for two wine tumblers on the 13/12/22. Hadn't received them by January so I sent them an email. Got no response, but the next day one of the two tumblers i ordered arrived. It is now February and I have not received my other tumbler I ordered. Terrible service.Eventually received the other glass but still wouldn't recommend them.

Like the previous post, ordered more then 2 weeks ago. No reply to emails asking where the order was. Finally go hold of them on the phone, said they would call back with update, 4 day later still waiting. Have sent more emails today. I have also contacted my bank and if you have not received your goods after 30days they can start a disputes and potential fraud investigation. My husband will also be in Auck for business next week so will be visiting the shop!!!

If I could put 0 stars i would. Worst customer service ever. No goods received from online purchase. Zero response to my numerous queries. Highly recommend people stay well away from this crowd.UPDATE: eventually managed to get hold of someone to learn the item was out of stock. Person was quite difficult to understand but item was substituted for something similar but turned out to be not really what I wanted. still appreciate something getting sorted out.
