They need to get a better system going at the weight area it takes to long with only 1 person giving tickets and taking the money, I waited 20 minutes to get out.

Good experience very busy but was handled professionally by the lady in the weigh shed. On a Saturday and Sunday however when the tip is so busy they really should have two staff in the shed not just one

Very well managed. I was putting ice cream containers in with the plastic they came along and said that they don't except them they have to be a 1&2 grade plastic they were a 6 so bad luck to me lol

They don't answer their phones properly, they pick up then hangup. They have no care for the people who turn up to put their rubbish there. No up to date website progress with this virus. Unfortunately, rubbish needs to go somewhere.

I've experienced the same as most customers with the old guy that works there in the recycling area. He is very abrupt, rude and walks around with some self promoting importance. Ive witnessed him yelling and being rude to customers. AND IT'S NOT RIGHT! OLD FELLA - it's time to retire - you are not a people person, and it's not a good look for the business. TO THE POWERS THAT BE --- DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT PLEASE!

You will need to take a day off work, unless you dont mind spending 2 to 3 hours of your weekend in their line. The line stretches out the gate and down Maleme St. Once you are finally in the disposal area, you will have to wait again, because they only leave enough space for three vehicles to chuck rubbish, they take up the rest of the area for more important stuff.All this awesome service for a small fortune in fees. I took green waste on my little garden trailer last week, cost $33!!I no longer shake my head when I see rubbish dumped roadside etc, I understand it now.

The ladies at the weighbridge are fantastic. Always friendly, and that is hard work in a customer facing role like this one. The guys at the recycling part are also great, and all deserve a bonus or something great!

I would rate this place zero star if google allows. I have visited this place twice, had to give credits to the ladies who works there, they were super friendly and helpful. However, both times, the male staff were so rude, abusive and disrespectful, they dislike answering your questions, there was this arrogant guy even yelling at me at one time. Come on fellas, have some basic manner and learn to respect people! You guys are disgrace to this place. I might have to use their service again as it’s the closest to home, sad.

Recently made multiple trips to the transfer station on one day and found the staff friendly and very helpful. Despite it being a busy Saturday there were no queues at the weigh bridge or the tip area. A great experience, thanks.
