Nice and tidy place. I went to replace a battery in my watch. 10 min job completed by professional for the desent price: 40% new battery cost, 60% labour. Unfortunately logo on back cover wasn't straight like prior to the replacement. I asked 'professional' to fix it, and received an interesting answer: it's can't be done, no-one can make it straight. I tryed to explain that logo was straight before means it could be done. Sadly 'professional ' refused to fix it.I went to the watch maker for help. He was laughing when I told him my story and fix the problem withing 30 seconds free of charge. I have the logo straight again. The poin is please negotiate result you want to get prior to agreement.

Be aware that the watch batteries do not last long despite of the promised quality. Got replaced one 6 months ago and then it became flat. I returned to the store to do a replacement under the 2 years warranty but was refused despite having a receipt as a proof of the purchase. The owner demanded a warranty card that he claimed he gave me, what a joke. I have never been given one otherwise I would not have kept a receipt as a proof. Such a bad customer service. I will never go there again.

I like the woman who is now working there! Indian looking woman who served me yesterday. Very good customer service and had provided me with a new good key !

Always friendly and helpful service at Mr Minit Glenfield. On this particular occasion the 'main' employee (perhaps the franchisee?) did a great job engraving a tankard for me in a really quick turnaround time. My colleague was surprised that I wasn't made to return the next day to get it which I'm glad as I didn't have the time to. The recipient of this gift was very happy with it. Thanks very much

I recently visited the store to have a bracelet engraved for my husbands birthday,I was told it would be finished in 20 - 30mins but it was finished before the qouted time which is always a bonus, the staff are always friendly and helpful! They did a fantastic job on the bracelet, my partner adores it. Definitely recommend and will be going back for future needs.

Doesn't provide shoe scratch and polish service like their website advertises. Glanced at my shoe for 2 seconds. Also provided minimal advice. Wouldn't even let me know anywhere else I can get it done (I don't like it when staff are unhelpful when they don't want your business). I took it to Takapuna shoe repair instead for a great service.The boots were your typical brown RM williams.

Fantastic service. Recently took in a silver christening cup to be engraved the man there done a brilliant job and offered great advice. Quick, cheap, highly recommend.

Just had an amazing experience with the owner of MrMint Glenfield, I had completely lost my electric remote for the garage door. MR Mint man was so helpfull even came to my garage to help out (he was passing by) but wow I have never had such helpful and kind service. Very happy custommer thanks Mister Mint :) highly recomend

Because most recently I got 2 keys made that didn't fit (I was skeptical when I picked them up because they seemed slightly longer), I can't give them a 5 since I had to go back a day later to return them, but because they were sorry about not being able to help, I can't give them lower than a 4 either. Outside of this, I've gotten 2 other sets of keys made from them before and it was a smooth drop off and pickup 5 min later. They've got way more stuff than I realised too such as engraving, shoe stuff, and more that you'd have to look at the pictures here or the counter to see what else they offer.

Came to get my watch fixed up, the staff are friendly and polite. I was told about 30 minutes however it was done alot quicker. Great service and would highly recommend Mister Minit Glenfield!
