Massive warehouse style building with heaps and heaps of shoe options to choose from. One staff member was nice and approachable but works at Hannah's normally.

The sales person was extremely helpful and friendly. Once I described what I was looking for she showed me a variety of what I was looking for, left me to try a couple of pairs while she went away and found more similar styles in my size. Walked out with exactly what I wanted at a great price. Very happy with the store and service.

Returned some kids shoes that had stitching coming apart after less than 3 months. Even though I could only prove when the transaction happened from my bank statement they have replaced them for us. Awesome service!

Went in to buy a pair or shoes since their poster said they were on sale. Was told that they were excluded. Tried bringing up how the signage didn't say that, they agreed and tried to charge full price. Was willing to give this place a go after their past problems but nah, stop ripping people off.
