Visited Houston Motors Blenheim a month ago, first impression was friendly and helpful felt no pressure and Kelston was quite happy for us to go away and look at other caryards. He stated many times that he wanted me to be happy with the car and went out of his way to make sure I was. Love the car and the whole process was stress free.Thanks so much Kelston

Inquired about the part I need for my vehicle and agreed to the preferred time of collection. Next day when I’m about to collect the part that I ordered, the shop was shut even the fact that we’ve agreed to the time. Haven’t received any calls for the order. Have to wait for donkey’s ears for it to happen. So disappointing

Had transmission of my Ssang Yong repaired, last September. Failed after two months and had to go to claims tribunal to get any redress. Even then, I only really got about a third of what the breakdown had cost me.Never even the hint of an apology from Houston. Treat with extreme caution.

Rude staff. Left us standing in yard while she worked out the trade in details. But left the premises on another errand without letting us know. I left my cellphone and email details but she has contacted me. Will not be back.
