Bit of a mixed bag. They were really helpful when we needed a remote to test with our heat pump, as we weren't sure if the remote was faulty, or the receiver on the heat pump.When we discovered it must have been the receiver on the heat pump, I asked for them to come and do two quote, one for repair and one for replacement. I got the replacement quote, but had to follow up a week later for the repair quote.I got a repair quote the next day, I replied asking if it included installation but never heard back, even after following up a few days later.Overall a bit disappointed in the communication.

our house has an unusual structure where a heatpump wont do it so I was looking for a central heating... after calling a number of places the only one that actually turned up was Beni ... he looked at what I wanted and agreed that my idea is not the silly one ...once the central heating was installed we have never looked back and Beni does turn up on a yearly basis to service it toogiving 5 star because of Benis superior customer service, on time every time

This company definitely needs to improve their communication skills. The current reviews shine the company in a good light so I thought they would a be good choice.However, after I approved their quote the communication after that was not great. No replies to the email and I had to follow up in order to arrange an installation time. When time came for the installation no one showed up so I decided to choose a different company instead.

Beni installed our induction stove which required new cabling and new fuse to handle the load, this got installed to a high standard and now we are cooking up a storm. Highly recommended and reasonably priced thanks Beni
