Aerial efficiently installed a month or so back but now had great support over the phone over the weekend to connect up new TV. Definitely recommend this business

Amended ReviewThis trade owner and I can only agree to disagree about the service my mother recieved when called twice about same job..Mum's 84 and I wasnt at the visitIt's mum's word againest the owners.It involves a decrepancy about the excessive cost mum said she was charged fter she paid in cash at the end of the first visit, the return visit was free.As no receipt was given to mum, and she did not think to ask for one there was no way to verify either person's words .While Warren disputed mum's words he's unable show me that mum is mistaken, hence 2 starsI know one thing for sure - when a trade balance is paid for, in cash, a receipt MUST be givenl. Just as a receipt should have been asked for by mum.

Absolutely amazing professional service. Aerial got blown down in the wind so had transmission problems. Same day service, VERY reasonably priced and very customer friendly. I can highly recommend. Thanks Warren for a fabulous service.

We were having problems with getting good reception on our TV. I phoned Warren and made an appointment to get him to fix problems. Warren arrived at the appointed time checked the TV, checked the arial and advised that was our problem and fixed it with in 20 minutes along fitting a new part and set it up for the satellite or something like that.Anyhow our signal now is uninterrupted and we get a very very clear picture.Warren also set up at the TV correctly and we are now very satisfied customers and have no problem in recommending Warren to Christchurch residents if they require a prompt and top service at a very reasonable price for TV reception issues.
