You will walk out of the store feeling like you have purchased from family. The staff are knowledgable and take pride in top notch customer service.I've rented from SUP centre for over 3 years. The team takes the time to listen to what activities are planned, your boarding experiences, and your boarding expectations. Armed with this information, the team recommends the perfect board for you to try out. As an incentive, some of your rental fees count towards the purchase of a board. I am now the proud owner of a Sixty Forty & a Whale Froth.Thank you SUP centre.This place does not disappoint.

Ollie is king guys whoop. I Came in today just looking and man did Ollie sort me out every board I asked to get down he got for me no worries. Then put that back get another for me to check. Then it’s man I want to check out the one hanging from the roof guess what…Ollie is like yea man no worries I’ll get the ladder. Totally above and beyond especially when I told him I’m not buying today just looking… well guess what boom . The visit ended me going deep in the wallet all because the service was unreal cheers guys top work and be sure to give Ollie the arvo off next good surf .Cheers and I’ll add more when my boards delivered but 200% awesomeness

The service from SUPCenter is incredible. Superfast and efficient but also with friendly communication. I had to return an item due to size and the process was easy and hassle-free. This is my first time shopping here but I will make it my first port of call from now on.

Bought a couple of surfboards while we were in lockdown. I received fantastic service from Jeremy who replied to all my emails and answered all my questions. He gave us a good price, threw in a couple of freebies and wrapped it them up well. The boards survived their trip south in one piece and we have been loving all the extra waves we have been getting on our Surf Gypsy- Dusty boards. They pick up the smallest waves and ride smooth...Highly recommend SUP Centre and their great service!

Great products and awesome staff - ordered a paddle online, and was phoned to check whether or not I wanted it cut to length and set up - then delivered in person, as it was too long for the couriers - much appreciated !!

Great service and advice when we bought an inflatable paddleboard here - still very happy with purchase a year later. Had an issue recently with our pump so I called in to see if they could offer advice to fix it - they sorted it free of charge - fantastic customer service.

Bought some hex grip from these guys for my short board which were a bit slippery and abrasive. Probably good for SUPs, but the guys sent me some RS Pro Cork traction to try and the stuff is amazing. Really grippy. Great product and excellent customer service from the SUP centre....
