Absolutely amazing service! Can't begin describe how well I was treated and served better than any other vape store around! Tried the Salty Puff World Cola Ice was so good I really want to try the Peach Ice which I heard is coming in this week! Can't wait to go back!

Thought I’d try out this store which is close to my two usual vape stores. One worker was nice but the other was lost in space the whole time. Overpriced devices and low quality juices was enough for me to not want to return. Sorry :(

I went to shosha in the hopes of finding a gift for my girlfriend and after being talked into buying a grinder that all the woman are buying" (which she found atrocious and wanted to swap it for another item in shosha) We found out you may only swap a purchased good for another good in the exact same category and priced no more or if less no cash remedy is made to equal the purchase. A very deceptive and unnecessary tactic made by Sosha

Not Vape related. But, wanted to thank the staff of Shosha Grey Street on helping me out. Someone has reverse into my car few weeks ago. The staff left a note on my windscreen with the number plate of the car that hit mine. Gave me a cctv footage that helped me chase the people that did it. Thanks heaps.

Quite a nice shop with great cabinets and fully stocked displays. Friendly and helpful staff willing to explain and make recommendations for you. I would certainly recommend.

Awesome knowledgeable staff that actually took the time to listen and provide advice as well fix a problem. Even though the other stores are closer to me, will be worth while to continue going back based on their customer service

Truly customer focused team.They helped me to resolve issues with device which wasn't bought from them and suggested me sub ohm nicotine salts, which works awesome in my vape. I recommend their suggestions and products.
