Avoid. Had the worst experience dealing with Croy, who ignored my calls and made promises he had no intention of keeping. Very dodgy dealership run by patronising men.

The team at Car Giant worked tirelessly and endlessly, going above and beyond, despite a tight time restriction. They stayed in constant communication with me every step of the way and didn't muck about, even working during the weekend. Leon and Justin made me feel like I was the only customer, and stopped at nothing to have my purchase go ahead ASAP. Highly recommend for fast, personalised service that is rarely experienced in this industry. From an initial query on a Sunday re' No deposit finance, to driving away in my new car by Wednesday. It couldn't have been easier. Thank you.

Good service and worked out a deal, but when I asked if it had any oil leaks I got told no, even though the valve cover gasket was leaking, also when I went to pick it up, the car was 4000km overdue for a service, would have been nice for them to get an oil change done on it. Also the car came with nearly no gas in it. On the plus side I did drive 7 hours home with no issues and I am still happy with purchase I just need to sort out the oil leak.

I had the best service here. They have traded in my old car and arranged super fast finance for the rest of the money that I needed to buy my new car and also a mechanical insurance. They were very helpful and explained everything. Service was fast and efficient.I got a really good deal and I am very happy with my new car.100% recommend Cargiant!

Do not ever buy a vehicle from this business! My brother recently arrived to NZ, purchased a vehicle from this dealership, there were a multitude of issues with the vehicle itself, after a lot of back and forth trying to get the problems repaired after lack of work on their end, it was decided to return the car to the dealership. The customer service was extremely rude. While my brother was trying to sort out the issues in person with them, the guy kept answering the phone and running off to do other errands in the middle of a conversation! All in all, a terrible experience, do not go here!

Do not buy a car from this place! Bought one and after 2 weeks it completely broke down. Required new coils which they said all 4 would be replaced. Got it checked after and only 1 was replaced. They tried charging me $700 for work that wasn't even completed! Could not produce a mechanics invoice for the work either. Dodgy company and they seem to sell even worse cars.

Saw a vehicle advertised on Trademe. I phoned and booked an appointment to see the vehicle. I did not intend to buy, but Croy the sales person gave me a good and fair trade in on my car. I drove away with my new car within an hour. They were friendly, helpful and down to earth and communicated very well in regards to the vehicle. They did not want to just sell me a car, they were interested to accommodate me as a buyer. I would highly recommend them. Don't let the shabby office put you off. They know their stuff and are out to help the customer.
