Absolutely excellent customer service and technical help. They fixed two phones for us and got them back into perfect working order. They communicated clearly while they had the phones, were fair and clear about pricing, and went above and beyond to make sure our phones were working and we were satisfied with the services they provided. My phone was broke and he helped to fix that phone. Within one day he fix my phone. It was totally worth it. I suggest if someone is having issue with mobile phone tab or any other accessories you can visit here your problem will be solved.

Pixel 4 XL went in for Battery issues" repair; estimated repair time was 2 hours! "Battery Replaced" took them an entire day to complete.There were some soldering issues

We had there absolutely fantastic experience there.We walked in there on Saturday afternoon with a Pixel3 phone which was not charging.The technician asked us a few question to help him to understand what could be wrong, tried to reproduce the faulty behavior and investigated on the spot the charging port and instantly identified the corrosion was there on a couple of pins.He explained us in detail what are our options, including the estimated costs and chances for success. He suggested to leave the phone with him for 45 mins and if lucky we could pick it up functional. Unfortunately it turned up it would require replacing the port and maybe some ICs.Anyway we left the phone there for another few days (as parts needed to be ordered) and finally we could pick up a fully functional phone for a reasonable charge for the new spare part and his time.From the beginning I felt we could trust Rohit as he repairs all locally and by him self. No sending to Auckland to other branches for repairs there.Also he is one of the few where they accept Google Pixels and even Sony phones.

Satisfied with the job, would highly recommend..Had a water damaged phone, other shops suggested me to toss the phone in the bin.. they gave it a try, replaced the screen and cleaned the internals.. and now its as good as new..

Visited for first time last week and was impressed with service and how well the store was presented. Disappointed however to get home and check bank statement to see either a credit card or pay wave surcharge fee applied. Did not see the required signage advising of this so either its incredibly small and discrete or non existent. It's not a huge sum however customers need to be aware of any fees for their chosen payment method to be able to make informed choices.
