We were biking around the South Island with our 3 children and decided to treat ourselves to a two bedroom unit when we visited Invercargill. We were so impressed with the value for money that we decided to stay an extra night. It was quiet, well appointed and the staff were lovely. It was a close ride into town for supplies but also close to the start of the cycle path to Bluff too. A great choice for cyclists biking the TA or the Southern Traverse.

Wow, this place is amazing, we were trying to get into the top 10, but they weren't very helpful. The staff here are amazing and friendly, the facilities are impeccably clean and tidy, in fact the whole park is clean and tidy, they have great and affordable laundry set up, amazing kitchen set up and a covered BBQ area, we are set up next to a beautiful duck pond and it's very peaceful. Thank you Amble on inn, we love it here, it's hard to leave.

Loved driving in the gate and seeing the roses in the gardens. Pristine facilities. Huge shower cubicles (yay).

Very busy park, full mostly of RVs and what look to be longer term residents. Reasonably sized lots, we had a spot right next to the pond which was a bit quieter.Kitchen was a decent size and the laundry is the standard $4 each for wash and dry. Bathrooms felt a bit tired and grubby, needs a bit of TLC there.Nice to be outside of the hustle and bustle, but it's still on a busy'ish road. Easy to get places from here

Stay at this motor-camp of high quality during one night 28 March 2023:The owner was friendly; showers, toilet and the kitchen were super-clean and tidy.Try to ask to park on a greenery grass at the north of the camp (not sure if that will be powered), next to a pond with pigeons and ducks~ :DDidn't feel like staying at a boring motor-camp. Instead, felt like at a small corner of the lively Auckland Domain~~

Very tight parking, we ended up with a massive 5th wheeler pretty much door to door next to us with its awning parked over our roof. It was peak season though, so we didn't exactly expect to have lots of space. The facilities are clean and the showers hot with good pressure. Right next to a duck pond, have fun feeding all the ducks!

Nice tidy park with good facilities, only downside was not much room to a powered site, the neighboring caravan awning covered the entrance of our caravan too so not much privacy

We had a lovely cabin overlooking greenery, pond, ducks. All spotless and new. Why would you pay twice as much for a hotel room in Invercargill looking at 4 walls??
