Cove Cafe
Great little cafe and food is excellent. Loved the big breakfast and rosti, presentation was top notch and the taste matched. Highly recommended!

Nice restaurant serving decent food (mostly breakfast items) and free plain water (self service).There is a kids corner and toys.Most important is the young ladies servicing at the counter has good service attitude.Price range is a bit on the high side though.

Biked to Portobello and stopped for a coffee and a cake. Sat outside in the sun and watched the road works. Access to the shop very limited due to the working on the road. Be a lot better when they finish working on the road.Update. Road works nearly finish, which the new layout is going to be a great asset to the area.Yummy cheese rolls

A delightful little cafe, overlooking a delightful vista.Fresh, homemade, delicious breakfasts and lunches. The kumera bagel was so tasty!Great coffee!

I have wanted to try this cafe since it reopened and I was not disappointed. The food was fresh and cooked to order. Whilst the menu is small it offers a decent variety of options. I had the Rosti and the potatoes were seasoned perfectly and it was not dripping with grease like other places.The staff are lovely and you can’t beat the view on a good day. I will definitely be returning next time I’m in Dunedin.

Great cafe with awesome cabinet food. Savoury scone to die for. Menu food being served looked amazing. Wish I was hungrier. Staff super friendly. Definitely worth a visit.

Great Breakfast, Brunch or Lunch stop. with nice views. Spaced out seating with a good simple menu featuring enough to appeal to most tastes.Friendly staff and good banter minus the loud gossip session that was happening during our visit.
