Fantastic location, close to beach, hot pools shopping area. Had Room 28, great views very comfy main bed. Wifi did keep cutting out and the shower in the ensuite needs improvement. However, overall we had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely go back.

Little bit disappointed, stayed in room 22 level 3, there was no aircon even though advertised as every room has one, the view was scarce despite being advertised as sea views. Expected more than one small juice box sized uht milk that wouldn’t even fill a bowl of cereal. Location was great in terms of being close to everything, but hadn’t been cleaned properly though, found rubbish hidden in between couch cushions, definitely not what we expected at the price we payed.

Called manager and agreed to give us the room on 5th floor, left a note (for 5th floor) when booking on their website but a 3rd floor was given when checked in, the so-called sea view is minimal.Moreover, unable to join the WiFi throughout our stay, talked to the manager at the time of check-out and I was extremely shocked by her response 'it was the network provider's problem and we cannot do anything about it' She felt so innocent LOLSo be prepared to live in a room without WiFi

My partner and i stayed 2 nights. 1 on the 4th floor and 1 on the 7th. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Enjoyed both nights. Will love to go back sometime.

Nice view of ocean past other appartment towers. Comfy bed. No aircon/heating just a fan heater but it wasn't that cold so all good. 2min walk to mount hot pools. Good location. Clean good size for a short stay.

Awesome place. Has everything you need. Recommend this place to everyone and anyone.

View from the fifth floor, looking back towards the shopping street was great....from the ocean from the balcony to Pilot's Bay from the lounge, kitchen and bedroom.

No no no definitely NOT luxury accommodation. Badly in need of update. Very disappointed as I had taken friends and family for an anniversary trip. Needed a good clean too. Location great but wont be back

The lady on reception was lovely, but that's about where the positives ended. The room was definitely in need of an update. A lot of the furniture would have felt more comfortable in an Otago Uni flat. The 2 bedroom apartment had no heat pump, and the 2 heaters didn't really cut it. We were also only on the 3rd floor, so our expensive 180 degree view of the harbour and ocean was a bit of a dud, and definitely not like the pics on their website. Also for that money it would be nice if we were given more than 6 x 15ml containers of milk, some of which had passed their use by, and would also be nice if we didn't have to remove the rubbish from our rooms. A firmer, bigger bed would also not go amiss in the main bedroom. Would not stay again.
