Lots of seating at this one, spacious feel. Got a few free magazines out. Staff were young, uninterested, and rung up order before asking if I wanted anything when it was clear I was helping my son (I usually get mine at same time but they kept swapping team members and seemed confused).

Terrible customer service from the young girl. Seemed more interested talking to the other colleague about to leave. Very abrupt and unpleasant.1 sub only had half the food in it when opened in wrapper the other had everything piled in the middle with sauce barely touching the edges.7.10pm entered store, expecting 8pm closure as per online, all seats were up on tables. Ate in the car. We almost couldn't contain our laughter at how terrible the whole situation was.

Would have to be some of the worst behaviour i have experienced in customer service, the way she spoke to her colleagues and customers was disgusting. Her attitude was very visible and rude. We were visiting Saturday 26-03-23 at around 1-2pm

Best subway in timaru by far!!! Went in today and I could only see one young girl on, she was very polite even tho there was people coming and going everywhere. She handled things so well and even took a little cheek from a few customers. 10/10

First time visitor..Worse subway I've been to. No taste…just waste of money….not much salad…..they are putting as little as they can….not worth to visit…will never ever go again
