Possibly the most prompt and personable service I have ever recieved when dealing with a business. As a late purchase (only this morning) I was expecting it to arrive well after mother's day. Without even having to ask, Steven came round and hand delivered it to me the same day so we were able to gift it tomorrow! It couldn't be more clear that these guys really care about their customers and their product.The Bonsai looks exactly as pictured and I couldn't be happier with my purchase, you guys rock!

Fantastic service. Ordered Bonsai on Boxing Day not expecting to receive it until after the Christmas shutdown period but delivered by owner’s own hand early evening on Boxing Day. My Bonsai was exactly as pictured on website.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I called Steve in a hurry as I needed a birthday gift for my girlfriend in 2 days… Steve got a beautiful Bonzai packaged and delivered on an urgent courier from Wellington that delivered next day !!! He also kept in touch letting me know where the package is. Couldn’t be happier with the service and product, thanks a lot Steve

Just received my mirror tree bonsai. Delivery was very fast to my South Is rural town. It was extremely well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. It has good clear care instructions and a little bag of what I think is fertiliser. I’m very pleased with the look, health of the tree and the quality of the container. I purchased the bonsai for a gift for someone else, but I like it so much I’m now considering getting a different one for myself later.

Excellent service and communication. I bought 2 bonsais and they arrived within a few days very well wrapped and look exactly as shown in the photos. The manager gave very detailed instructions on how to take care of them as well. Will buy from them again.

I bought a beautiful tree for over $200 from these guys. But it started dying a few weeks after I got it home. I reached out to them for help, but they just ghosted me. Really disappointing

3 different bonsai specimens arrived in impeccable packaging, with not a single bent branch or berry dropped. All the trees are beautifully manicured, healthy and watered when they arrive, and a really helpful care card is enclosed. I will absolutely buy again and have no hesitation in recommending - thrilled to have received a gift voucher from you. Thank you.
