Such a very nice place to relax away from the busy city life. It was so soothing and refreshing stay. And the hosts were wonderful with their hospitality skills made feel us at our own home. Would definitely go within the next 3 months.

This was an amazing house with doting hosts. You might think this is a remote location with not much to do, but we are so glad we stayed for three nights. Highlights of the area included: lunch on the way into town at Mount Hutt Lodge, white water rafting with Rangitata Rafts (the guides and the river were amazing), hiking up Mount Sunday (a must to for Lord of the Ring fans and an amazing view for anyone), and a sweet hike at the privately maintained trail: Washpen Falls.The hospitality was spectacular. An example of Steve going above and beyond the call of duty: my husband had laid our swimming suits and running clothes out to dry on their picnic table (they had a clothes line, but we didn't realize this)...at 2am some extremely windy weather came in...Steve woke up and thought of our clothes and in the middle of the night went chasing around the yard for all our things. We had a good laugh about it in the morning.Steve and Sharon made us feel truly comfortable and and we enjoyed getting to know them as well as the other guests who stayed there at the same time. This is not an over-populated tourist location, so you will feel like you are living in the heart of New Zealand amidst the beautiful landscape and people.

We had a LOVELY stay with Steve and Shaz. What a gorgeous home filled with kind people and delicious food! Our room was incredibly cozy and comfy with windows looking out to the pastures and mountains. Absolute gem!

Absolutely stunning everything about the place is immaculate. We enjoyed a wonderful evening meal with our lovely and gracious hosts Sharon and Steve. The next morning we had great breakfast before our departure. Will definitely be back. 10/10

I stayed here for 3 nights. Steve and Shaz are amazing hosts, and the property was gorgeous and beautiful. My friend and I used the place as a base to go ski Mt. Hutt for a few days and to explore the surrounding areas. The ski slopes in NZ are a bit different then they are in the US, where I'm from, and they don't really having lodging either on the mountain and not much of a mountain village to speak of, so your options are to really commute in from town. This place was a fantastic location. Its very close and they are amazing hosts! You really feel like you're in your own home. I met another guest who had been coming here for 3 years. Highly recommend without reservation!

Hosts Steve and Sharon have created a wonderful and welcoming accommodation package. Every aspect of this B&B is superb.Location, views and the measure of comfort is of the highest quality. Unfortunately we only had the one night. Could have easily stayed longer.
