Waitangi Mountain Bike Park
One of my best days of riding. Hired an e-bike to keep up with insanely skilled racing hubby and the trails were flow, flow, flow. I didn't realise how quickly 4hrs passed. The crew at the park were fun, knowledgable and accommodating. Thanks team, you're awesome at your jobs!

My new favorite place to ride. Awesome, well maintained and flowing single track. Most of the track is sheltered from the sun and is very well marked.

Waitangi Mountain Bike Park
Its a must to do when you’re in Paihia, trail is been looked after and lots of trail options from beginners to advance,you can hire bikes/Ebike, shuttle bus friendly and helpful we haven’t used the shuttle but they help us to navigate. Definitely recommend the shuttle so you can enjoy the downhills. Nice cafe with great food to fill up your tommy or simply an ice cream and coffee after you finish your ride,very welcoming staff and lovely people.

Great park with a committed team running the park hub.There are lots of rental bikes available if you are visiting the area without your bike.Tracks are well maintained and reasonably easy to navigate around.Getting the trail app is a good idea if it's your first time at the park.

Kudos to Jonny and the team who do an amazing job. We spent 3.5 hours out here over from Aus, and had a blast using the Husqvarna e-bikes! While mostly beginners we enjoyed every track that were recommended! Thank you!

Cycling at the Mountain Bike Park 3-4 times a week. We are very lucky to have such a great facility on our doorstep. This afternoon I saw a Morepork other times wild pigs, peacocks, hedgehogs, its amazing, I can even cycle through the forest to Kerikeri! What’s stopping you?

Great facilities with cafe and pump track. The tracks are varied and range from easy to very challenging. They are well formed and well maintained by the Mountain Bike Club. You must register with the club to ride. Well worth it.

A really fun first time mountain biking. The owner is super chill, and very helpful. The easier trails are lots of fun. Some of the uphill sections with sharp turns I struggled on, but you can just walk the bike around these. Tons of different trails. If you make it up to Mt Bledisloe lookout you can get a really nice photo of across the Bay of Islands.
