Great service. People there recieve a smile from the friendly staff. Always very clean inside. Not often is there a long wait. Very professional.

Very good information for other people who are out in the community

They had NZ postage services that has been removed now about 2 years ago and they had changed the structure and function of the building . Their customer services are great usually if not always. I had unsatisfying matter that needed their expertise, even their Senior bank Manager was Not useful rather they told me contact other places to find out . He was not willing to look within or dig deep to find the actual reason for a problem. At that point I found their Customer services to be well below the line due to their scorned and Cold behaviour and elevated Facial expressions and body Language and the way they appeared to sort something for me but it was nothing they could do as it was translated the same as “We can’t do Anything to resolve this”. I was left Dry and Empty without any solution.I liked the Old Lay out system with NZ Postage services available for public users. You can still go about your own there and make all necessary Bank related jobs get done , however now it is just the standard Kiwi Bank with less privileges

I had exceptional service by Haidee when setting up my new account. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions quickly and positively. :)

Helpful staff but long wait times.I don't understand why this main Dunedin branch opening hours are only 10am-4.30 despite North Dunedin, Gardens Kiwibank being 8.30-5pm PLUS Saturday 9am-12!My son was frustrated to find the bank closed at 4.45pm yesterday leaving him without funds until Monday. And only today after mid-day(Saturday) did I see DN North hours.

Staff are lovely and helpful, can't fault the customer service BUT only having one counter for service is extremely frustrating. Every time I'm in there it's a long queuing time. I wouldn't ever go in if I didn't have to get change for work. Can't stand the experience.

Don't go if you don't have to, no staff, one person serving everyone, people made to line up outside, very long wait times, someone needs to be fired and alot more hired. Ridiculous .
