I arrived with large windscreen chip to make an appointment. I was attended to promptly. They assessed the chip and offered to do it immediately if I wanted to wait the 15 mins or so it would take. They advised there was no cost, as they would attend to all the paperwork required with my insurer. Great service.

I had a ute windscreen replacement. Rang to enquire and dealt with Corey, what an obliging and pleasant fellow. Come the day to have the job done and drop off he was the same, he rang on time when the job was completed. I asked about another vehicle windscreen that was going to need attention, again more than helpful, the 2nd vehicle he also looked after. Great customer service that both my wife and I appreciated. Had both a chip repair and a full replacement done here in the last six months. Incredibly easy and smooth. Drop off when they say, ready to go when they said. They dealt with insurance. I just went and grabbed a bite while they did the work.Very happy.

I casually rang up to see what they think about my wet car carpet this afternoon. They guys were very accomodating and I was asked to drive into their shop even without having prior booking and had my car checked at no cost. These guys here are very helpful.
