The Refuge Barber Shop

Was after a decent haircut. Sat on the seat for all of 2 minutes and he was apparently finished. Buzz cut around the sides and back no razor blade to finish it properly. Did about 4 minor cuts on top of my head and said he was finished. My hair was still dripping from the water he sprayed on it!Genuinely the worse cut i have ever had. A full buzz cut would've looked better compared to what i was left with.Best part was the charge of $35!!!!Go to tuakau. Its cheaper and you get your money's worth.

Fantastic place to come for a haircut. Very happy with it and such a wonderful, friendly, welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend to anyone and to the team keep up the great work. AAA+++

Visited yesterday with a haircut & beard trim by John. Honestly one of the best cuts I've had in NZ. Attention to detail & precision was on point & the beard trim awesome. 10/10

Good cut. Fast service. Clean spot..

The team are a good bunch and normally deliver a good service. The issue is the opening times don't align with their advertised hours on Google and it is not the first time the shop has been closed early.

Was a real good environment everyone was nice good music and was nice a relaxing. And my barber jarney I can trust him with my life as he always gives me a cut I’m happy with and always ask questions on how I want it done and his thought what looks good. Overall lovely place
