My parcel from Torpedo 7 is 3 days overdue. Finally today's the day. But NO.... I get a ticket in mail box instead saying Sorry I missed you" outright lazy driver walked to my letterbox to post "missed you" card. If he'd opened the gate we were 10 more steps away. We were home.Now have to wait for end of day and get into car to go to post shop in hope it's left there. Don't want to do a redirect as from experience by the time post rearrange delivery it's another 3 days wait. UnbelievableDriver run no. 503 I was home. Go get an office job if you can't do this one. Al you Guys out there

I'd give you a zero; but, that's not possible. You never call back wen callers leave a callback request, and it appears your drivers are confused between Amberley Avenue and Amesbury Street. A parcel clearly stating a business address in Amesbury Street.

A huge thanks to the lovely courier driver who delivered my parcel this week. It was large and quite heavy and she carried it inside for me.I really appreciated the service that she gave. Well done, New Zealand Post.

Not very impressed I had my parcel sent to work and this morning the I get an email saying it has been delivered and signed for....funny thing is it was signed" for by the manager....who has her day off today. And nothing was left. Wasn't aware your driver's are able to forge someone's signature???"

I would like to compliment one of your drivers Dave Graham who delivers in the Kelvin Grove area.I feel that Dave goes the extra mile twice now when something is heavy he has offered to lift it inside which is awesome!Well done Dave i would be asking for a pay rise! lol

I operate a small business and use courier post to collect and deliver my parcels. They have missed the last three days worth of pick ups. I have called courier post repeatedly about this and the operator consistently tells me they are emailing the branch and they will be collected that day… Nothing happens. Packages are still not collected, and I never get a call back to explain why. This is now seriously impacting my business and there is no resolution in sight.

Absolutely shocking service. Takes at least 3-4 days to get parcels from Palmerston North to Feilding which is a 15 minute drive. Paying for overnight delivery means nothing as it takes the same amount of time as a regular courier package - about a week. I called yesterday to ensure my parcel would be delivered by the weekend, was assured they had contacted the driver and it would be delivered yesterday afternoon. When it still hadn't been updated to on board with courier" this morning
