John is very responsible guy. The report is very detailed. He found a leak in the roof space and a detached flexi ducting above one of the bathroom which are not stated in seller’s third party inspection report. In the end, the seller agrees to do these repairs before the settlement which is great!Highly recommended if you are buying a house, even if the seller had building report already! Do it again! This won’t be waste of money!
