The A5 EcoBags are very great quality! Usually compostable bags tear very easily but these ones hold so well. They are great for small packages and the best part is that they are compostable! 10/10!

We used EcoBagsNZ for our tote bags for our members. First of all the service is prompt and efficient. We needed they sent within 2 days and they got them to us in that deadline. They managed to do so even with the floods in Auckland. The process took about 2 hours from quote to invoice to being sent. They are amazing quality and the price is very competitive. The five star is not just for the great products and the incredible speed, but also the genuine serving attitude!There was a minor subscription price issue on their website before (the subscription price was more expensive then not subscripting), which another eco-friendly company had a similar issue.I emailed both, but only Ecobags replied to my email and actually changed the price. That's why I have chose to purchase from Ecobags, rather than from other eco-friendly company or brand.Such attitude shall be rewarded.

However, other brands also suffer from the same issue.Importantly: Got down to the last two and tried to tear as usual, but ended up with two messed up bags as there was no actual perforation OR handles on the last bag. Have knotted the ends which is not ideal.

Well priced, we like using their courier bags to ship our product in smaller quantities. The only issue we're having at the moment is that when shipping larger coffee orders, the bags cannot hold together so well as they seem to be too thin. We will have to find an alternative.These would be perfect for soft or light items.

I regularly buy their compostable bags, however this particular new roll of 30 bags are all unusable as they were tearing into shreds whilst I was trying to unroll and open them up to line my bins. I contacted the company via 'contact me' and had a call back the very same day (hence an extra star for this). However, the lady was quite rude, explained that there was an expiry date of 9 months clearly displayed on the product (which there wasn't) and that it was PaknSave's fault for not rotating their stock! No offer of a replacement, just an abrupt response. It's a shame she didn't have more manners...
