Friendly staff and very helpful!Although be careful with the 0.40 cents per km charge which can catch you out on longer trips. rent me rentals only allow 200km per day.

Very helpful providing a lift home on return. Allowed extension of rental. Refunded what was not used in the end. Not the most modern vehicles.

Reasonable hire rate for the day of a small truck, only down side was charged for retrieval of an I left in the truck.Service is good and friendly.

This is a long story, but I will try to keep it short. If you don’t read on, bottom line is: I got excellent communication and customer service from Rent Me, and if you get the chance to rent from them, do it!Details are that I needed to be at a funeral 11am. I was going to fly in to Paraparaumu and pick up a rental car at the airport, return car at end of day and fly out. I googled and booked a car from Rent Me. On the day, I just missed the flight (thanks to Auckland traffic). No more flights to Paraparaumu, but got on a standby to Wellington. By the time I got there, Rent Me had phoned to check if there was any change of plan because I had not turned up. I phoned back and apologised and explained that I now had to go straight to where I was going and would have to phone in the early afternoon to say if I could pick up the car or not. Rent Me offered to pick me up from the train station if I trained from Wellington. The story continues, but I will stop here to say that Book Me was excellent: Friendly, flexible, cooperative, kind and professional. I will always rent from them when I am on the Kapiti Coast.

If you just need a car for a day or two. Nothing over the top. Cheep to run or just need transport to get a job done in the area, then this is defiantly the place to hire a car or van. The office isn't always maned so it pays to phone ahead for a booking. Situated in the terminal at the Paraparaumu airport it is ideally located for your convenience. With no need to travel off site, the transition between arriving and getting on the road is smooth. The friendly local staff are very knowledgeable about the area and will be able to assist you with many forms of information so you can make the most of your trip.

rented a car when car was picked up paid for full insurance. Because the car had to changed do to bookings I had to sign a new contract which my fault I did not look at so they did not give me full insurance even though I had had it on the first contract then I think it was grazed while I was in supermarket and so little scratch on back bumper became $1200 dollars damage. Your own fault they said you should have read your new contract, I still feel they should have rolled over initial contract so be careful when dealing with them.
