I am sitting on the fence with this company. Their policies are terrible when it comes to over charged invoices, taking 2 months to correct. Always ask to see an experienced sales person that has been there for more than a year. Never speak to inexperienced staff.

These guys are amazing. They should be training other stores on customer service. Professional, helpful and kept me in the loop. One week later my phone is on its was back home to Whangamata. Thanks team awesome to deal with you.

Disgraceful customer response. Waited 10minutes being ignored by female staff member who then very offhand. Male staff member then said part I needed to extend capacity not available through any spark outlet.Shop next door had part fixed phone made sure it worked and with a smile.

Customer service very slow, they need to work faster there are 3 workers who are very slow when assisting customers, was standing for an hour or so while they typed away on the computer I felt like I was in the 2000 era where the computers were so slow and delayed while waiting but it’s 2022 are you serious? Technology so advanced that it still takes so long to get any type of assistance done fast in this spark or more like spark in general.

Fijian lady on front desk has ‘’No’’ word stuck in her throat. She said that she couldn’t change the plan because if something goes wrong then I would call them. She advised me to get in touch with business hub. Simply useless staff work here.

The customer service in this particular store is shocking. It's slow and really hard to get any questions answered. I feel like no one in there takes any pride in the service they provide. I've gone to the store and sat outside of it, because they weren't answering my calls. I called again as I saw 1 costomer inside and 4 employees on the shop floor and my call still got ignored and all I needed was a tracking number.
