We had lots of fun shopping in this Pandora Store in the Merdian Mall. We were looking for charms that were specifically related to New Zealand, but found that range limited. So we bought others instead. There were charms on sale as well as earrings, rings and necklaces. The lovely girl that attended to us was just excited about the jewelry as we were, she provided excellent customer service and spent time with us as we all decided what we wanted to purchase. Pandora is a lovely brand and they make beautiful and fashionable jewelry. A great experience.

My husband bought me a personalised gift in Pandora. Unfortunately that is not my style so we decided to change the whole thing in the shop.Is it so hard to decide what I want, but the staff still serve me patiently and professionally.It took almost an hour for me to decide and the staff keep changing the style of the bracelet for me in the mean time.Appreciate your effort and highly recommended to everyone!

They were real helpful with replacing my partners fault bracelet but didn't have to much of a selection in the way of charms 2 out of 3 we asked for they didn't hav in stock but was greatful for a free bracelet when we spent over $150

Was not acknowledged once by the staff whilst waiting at the counter for over 10 minutes. Not a single apology when essentially shoved to the side so a member of the staff could serve another lady. Having worked in customer service for many years, this is not the way to treat customers and i’m very disappointed

The fact that Pandora cancels your order if not picked up in 5 days is really disappointing. I ordered and paid for a bracelet & charm online in the Black Friday sales as a Christmas present for my daughter. I couldn’t get into town that without her with me that week so I went to collect it the following Monday and found out they have a policy to cancel PAID orders if not collected with in 5 days. Refund takes 5 days to process back onto credit card and you’re then expected to re purchase at the full price. Pretty disappointing experience.
