Excellent service. Karyn is so kind and friendly and adores all the animals she has on board. If I ever need another animal moved she will definitely get the job! Doug our yellow labrador was on board 2 days with her. Great company you have!

Thank you so much for your great service! We got our last dog from the South Island to AKL with you, which was 10 years ago. Today we received our new puppy and he arrived happily from Palmerston to Auckland.

I booked in to get my kitten transported from Hamilton down to Christchurch. It was great being able to follow the bus via GPS on it's trip, as well as getting the reminder text the night before arrival (not that I'd forget). Pickup was super easy and my kitten was in good health and seemed happy (he was purring up a storm). I'd happily use the Petbus again!

I have sent a couple of Munchkin kittens on Petbus, and the driver is lovely and they have a great setup for the animals. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to send pets anywhere. AAA+++

Hands down incredible! I had 3 beautiful boy ratties brought down to Wellington from Hamilton, Karyn was lovely, efficient and caring and I feel safe to trust her in the future if I ever need my pets to travel. Thank you Petbus, forever grateful!

Excellent service when we made an error with our booking (we selected whole day as opposed to half day travel). The team were fast to help and refunded us the difference. Travel itinerary was accurate and the bus was safely on time. Would recommend and would use again.
