Popped in here a few weeks ago to obtain a legal document required for my vehicle but was refused as I didn't have a passport.. thats ok my choice, but that doesnt mean the staff have to be so rude and discriminatory. You can choose to keep stating your keeping your staff safe but does that have to come with a level of horrendous rudeness? If you choose to purchase a nz post shop surely you would understand that you would be dealing with a community that relied on you for the services you provide. Disgusting, never step foot in this place again. It only got one star because it won't allow me to give it a negative 10

I went in to register my car and due to the service I received will NEVER EVER go back there (even once I have my vax passport) and this store has been my local my whole life... Very slow service. Not enough staff and slow processes. In order to get a courier bag, I had to wait for 5 people to be served! Then you can finally address it! Go to Matua Foodmarket, courier bags are all out on display meaning you can write on it straight away and only have to go to the counter once. Painless!!

Rude staff member & poor service sending a parcel and they charged $1.00 for a small amount of tape and 30 cents each for 2 small fragile stickers sundry items came to $14.50 then the courier charge... will not be going back there again! Shame there service has gone downhill

Not good service, they tried to send my parcel to the incorrect destination when I asked them to correct it, the lady said it was too difficult to redo the label and I had to write overtop of the printed label. I asked if there was a difference in price and it was $6 cheaper to send it to the correct destination but she was unable to give me a refund. Please check where they are sending your parcels!!

Having visited this post shop many times in the past and always received excellent customer service from the previous management and team and always with a small. The new owners have proved themselves to be extremely rude and very discriminatory. V Disappointed and would rather travel extra kilometres than support this business any further.

Awful service. Discriminatory. If I could give a zero star review I would.Not only are they a discriminatory buisness, some of the staff are rude, smug and condescending. The owner can't even address these reviews with an individual message to the shoddy business practices being brought up in these reviews. Go spend your money somewhere else, at business that actually cares about their fellow humans.
