Avenue Auto Port

Needed to update my review from 6 years ago .Nothing has changed still great service.Let me expalinOn Friday after 4pm , alternator gave up ,off road till after the weekend ?Nope , Brian and the team had me back on the road , by 5:30 that night , with a brand new alternator .Tell me where I can get better service than that .Absolutely top notch , 5 stars really doesn't reflect the great service they give.

Avoid this place!! We lost out car completely and they wouldn't take any responsibility. Had our car serviced by them - regular service and Wof, everything in order. As leaving for home, the car made weird sounds (never ever had issues with it, very reliable VW). Parked outside home and started the car one day after - to brakes not responding, weird sounds and eventually big bang. Car never started again and when we called the owner of Avenues Autoport, he didn't take any responsibility, laughed into my face telling me that car has taken me home, so it's not their issue. Had it taken back to them for a check (which they charged another $250 after charging us $230 for the service) to be told the car has broken motor and is only ready for wreckage.The vehicle was a star, never ever had a problem with it.Be very very cautious to bring your car to them.

Do not recommend at all. Was after a very small exhaust job and Brian was very rude and said he won’t do the job and to not come back. Avoid this place completely

Honestly the most reliable, honest and efficient place I've ever been to. Most mechanics seem to have the annoying habit of taking advantage of lack of knowledge regarding cars, engines and parts, specially with women, but not this pace. The team has always treated me with the most respect, everyone is nice, they are genuine and the prices are the best in the market in my personal experience. Very happy with their work and I won't be taking my car anywhere else. Super recommend.

Wow. Auto maintenance and repair comes down to trust. You have it here in spades. Angela is just so nice at the desk and Alex helped me out so much with my car. GO HERE! No other place to go to for this. Telltale sign is the neatness of all the tools and the area. Though a lot of work is going on, they take some pride in tool care, placement and position. Kinda like surgeons this way.

Excellent service always, and will continue to bring my vehicle to these good people. Highly recommended if you are seeking to have your best interests taken care of.

It was a few minutes after closing time right before I had a long road trip to make for business the next day. I really needed my car fixed then and there. Luckily, the folks at Avenue Auto Port were as nice as could be and immediately took the vehicle in to service it. They got me back on the road in short order, and were a pleasure to deal with.

Avenue Autoport is the best place to take your car for a service, WOF or repairs. Brian and the team are amazing at what they do. Wouldn't go anywhere else
