I called at this store to buy some magnum boots , they didn't have my size in stock . But ordered me some in , which arrived in a couple of days .Very helpful staff and reasonable price , about $50 cheaper than other places I was looking at .Would highly recommend this store and i will return when I need new foot wear again .

We prefer to buy shoes and sandals here. Today they had a rather nice selection of New Zealand made men's shoes and boots.

I returned a pair of shoes I brought for my son the day before and explained to the owner my son was autistic and he didn't like them.In a confrontational voice the owner saidwhat do you want me to do about it?"I thought he was joking

Great place great service. Pity my wonderful clogs were stolen three months later! Only goes to show what good taste they had!

I was disgusted with the attitude of the male that was operating the store this afternoon. He was arrogant, very rude and sarcastic to my friend's mother who is partially deaf when she did not hear what he had said. He ridiculed the elderly woman who is recovering from a stroke and it was lucky that her daughter did not hear the comments he made. Dreadful way to treat a customer. We won't be returning. I would post no stars" if it were possible. Shame on you. Learn some respect."

Did some research and came across this store - their prices on the brand of school shoes that I was looking for were cheaper than other retailers by at least $50 - which is a bonus at this time of year!As soon as I entered the store with my daughter, the lady (I'm sorry I didn't catch your name) knew exactly what we were looking for and pointed us in the right direction. She spent a good 10 minutes with us, ensuring that the shoes fit correctly and gave my daughter good advice on wearing them in before school starts. Thank you for your exceptional service - service like that is a rarity these days!I have 3 other children that will eventually require this type of school shoe so I'll definitely be back!Well worth the drive from the opposite side of town!Thanks team!

I will never shop here again.I have a mask exemption for medical reasons as did the person accompanying me. We both walked into the store , the store had people in it at the time then the guy behind the the counter yells at us where are your masks".we responded that we had exemptions.However this ruined my shopping experience. I felt humiliated by him yelling at us.Come on guys teach your staff about common courtesies ie..different approach like walking over having a respectful quiet conversation if you must question people in relation to being maskless."

Never giving them my money again. I have often shopped here for shoes and found it to be fine. A few days ago I decided to stop in here to look for shoes for my children. I had my 2 kids with me and as we entered the shop the lady asked me where my mask was (I have a mask exemption for medical reasons hanging around my neck on a lanyard). Upon me lifting it to show her she rudely rushed over invaded my personal space nearly yanked it off my neck and asked me if it was legit! I told her it was and proceeded to back away from her. She wasn't helpful and even rude when asked questions about shoes. As I was leaving the shop after purchasing 1 pair for my boy, I said, Thank you

Don't know what the couple of bad reviews are about! Been shopping here for years and always had a pleasent and helpful experience. The man has a quirky & dry sense of humour, the lady is delightful and helpful and not pushy in anyway, defintely not the type to follow you around the store. There is also a young girl that is very polite & helpful. Lovely experience as always! Good range of school shoes also.
