Amazing two night stay! We loved the room so clean and very welcoming with all the nice snacks and amenities in the room. Great breakfast and very lovely people Samantha and Fred are the perfect hosts. Would recommend to friends and family. Thanks !

Pisa House Bed & Breakfast
If you want to be pampered, you would not go past Pisa House in Cromwell. Our room in the Nevis Suite was beautiful, private and quiet. Luxurious linen and much appreciated snack box, the Pisa House was the perfect base for completing the nearby Dunstan cycle trail and exploring the surrounding areas. The breakfast with multiple courses and options was devine and set up up for the day. You will not find more pleasant and welcoming hosts than Sam and Fred. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.Thanks Lisa & Simon

Sam and Fred were such wonderful hosts! Our unit exceeded all expectations- peaceful location, very spacious, and the shower setup was incredible! Breakfast was next level, wow every option you'd ever dream of, enjoyed in front of the most incredible view of the lake! Thank you both so much for your kind hospitality :)

Pisa House Bed & Breakfast
Samantha & Fred were superstar hosts! I was glad that I stayed at Pisa House when I was at the Cromwell area. The suites were very comfortable and featured some well thought-out design that really showed our hosts' attention to details:1. While the suites were adjacent to the main house, they were not connected. Each suite had its own individual entrance. This gave us a good amount of privacy, yet it was still super convenient for us to hop over to our affable hosts' place for a delicious breakfast every morning, or for a chat.2. Their modern and tastefully furnished suites came with a good assortment of snacks, some amazing instant coffee, and comfortable fluffy slippers. I also appreciated that low calorie sweeteners had been provided as well, which was rare for a B&B. The bed and linens were comfortable and we slept really well there.3. The ensuite bathroom had a rain shower system - this was something that was uncommon in a New Zealand home. And because it was connected to a very good hot water system with excellent pressure, the shower experience was very refreshing, especially after a day of hiking. The luxurious toiletries also added to the experience.4. There was a nice variety in the breakfast and they were all delicious and helped kickstart our engines every morning we were there!5. Sam & Fred had good local knowledge of the area. We really enjoyed visiting the places which they recommended, especially the Duffers Saddle.

Pisa House Bed & Breakfast
We had a fantastic stay with Sam and Fred. We were down to bike the Lake Dunstan Trail which is easily accessible from their place, and they were very accommodating with storing our bikes. The room was excellent, the complimentary snack basket was great, and the breakfast was outstanding - you'd be hard pressed to find a better breakfast anywhere. Sam and Fred were great hosts, very friendly and made the stay very enjoyable.

What a lovely place to stay and such welcoming & friendly hosts! Sam & Fred have beautifully appointed accommodation in such a peaceful location. We enjoyed morning & evening strolls along the lakefront - visiting vineyards with exquisite dining experiences - sightseeing up Lake Dunstan and the drive through to Wanaka. Golf in Cromwell & Alexandra, even swimming in the lake! Cherry picking and all that beautiful pip fruit that Central Otago is so good at. Pisa House is a great central location for access to all the surrounding attractions from Queenstown to Wanaka and all of Central Otago. Thankyou Sam & Fred...
