Bought a bus with the agreement that they would fix some damage that had been done to it. Great bus. Good purchase price. They got their money and did nothing until legal action was threatened. They did pay for the parts, but I had to find the parts and fitted them myself. 5 months it took in total. If you buy here, ensure you don't pay until everything is done. 5

Was initially a bit nervous about buying remotely but Dean and Emma were both very professional and helpful verifying each stage with me along the way , they were also able to take care of my additional requests like getting the tow bar fitted. Very pleasant easy going gentlemen to deal with. The vehicle was better than advertised and I was quite surprised at that. Whilst searching for this specific type of vehicle I found that numerous Car Dealers over advertised the vehicle and upon inspection the vehicle was a disappointment in quality and overall presentation. This was not the case with Gibbons commercial. I believe they deal mostly with commercial vehicles and I’m sure their standards would be similar in that area too. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would Definately recommend Dean and Tony for their service.Nicely valeted too. Thanks fellas

I would highly recommend Gibbons Commercial if you are looking to buy a small truck. Dean is very honest, patient, and reliable. These characteristics can be hard to come by in the used vehicles sales industry but I trust Dean.

I'm in Christchurch, Dean and the team had a bus in Auckland - if it wasn't for the many good reviews for Gibbons Commercial I probably would have passed on buying sight unseen. The communication was excellent throughout the entire process, the bus was well presented, and the 1000km road trip home reasonably uneventful. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Gibbons again.
