Good customer service and good quality furniture at reasonable prices. Bought our dining set and tv unit here and we’re happy with the quality. I think the one thing that could be improved would be the installation instructions which could be better illustrated/explained.

The bed base itself is gorgeous, but I wouldn’t buy it unless you can afford to spend approx four hours assembling with two people or likely six plus hours if you’re alone.Assembly is an actual joke, extreme difficulty aligning pieces, fitting pieces and joining pieces. Instructions are very unclear, pieces are not labelled so you will not be able to follow along easily. Also missing pieces within the packet.Also, the gas lift mechanisms will not work until you put the mattress on. The mattress is put on once the whole bed base has been constructed so prepare to sleep on the floor if you begin this in the evening.

We have just purchased a 2 seater leather electric recliner sofa from the Botany store, with delivery to our home in Wellington. The sofa arrived today - just a few days after we bought it. It is extremely good quality - we are delighted. Great service and an excellent product.

They have nice collection and very reasonable prices. The only thing they lack is a variety...however, whatever they have is nice. Can't say anything about the quality as I didn't buy anything...but I have seen at my friend's house and it's doing good for last 3 years.

At first we thought the furniture we bought was pretty decent but it turns out it's just low quality products. The couch sags and is painful to sit on after a while. The pull out bed part is not comfortable to sleep on. You get what you pay for is the old saying and it's definitely true in this case. Save your money and buy somewhere else.

Excellent communication. Contact was made as soon as payment went through, with delivery time & date. Delivery was as promised. Loved the mattress packaging. My son is enjoying his new bed and mattress. Looks great too!
