BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, THREADING MADE ME BLEED.Came to get my eyebrows threaded and the person there acted like she didn't know how to do it. She threaded so roughly that my eyebrows began to bleed. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for years now at different places and its the first time that someone did such an inexperienced job that my eyelid started bleeding. I told her i wanted someone else to finish the other side but she refused me several times and continued after i said no. Finally as i was about to leave, the boss came in and touched it up". my eyebrows came out way too thin and they saw that i was unhappy and charged me a few dollars less to make up for the bad job. Never returning."

My wife needed hair trim as she has super long hair. Decided to come here. Super experienced and done exactly what my wife asked. Loved the vibe also. Highly Recommended

lovely lady BUT .... LASHES WERE HEAVILY GLUED TO MY EYELIDS. Never ever have I ever had such a poor botched job! I could not believe it. The photo does not do it justice! I could not open my eyes after 45 mins due to the blobs of glue. I had to rush to a lash technician to get it removed as I was scared my eyes would get infected. It was so badly applied that even two weeks after the lash removals I still had glue on my lids. I’m sorry but it’s the worse I’ve ever seen or experienced

Rude to customers, poor quality work and work ethic. Over booking customers appointments then blaming the customer. Extremely unprofessional. Botched one’s lashes and glued their eyes together. Another customer bleeding from the threads. someone else getting cut cuticles by your rough staff during a pedicure. Also if you’re in New Zealand you should be communicating in ENGLISH instead of having conversations in your language in store. Would give ya’ll a minus 10 if I could. Rubbish establishment.

Had pedicure done an threading wouldnt say the best service in pedicure stabbed my toe cuticles an they where sore.Also these women need to wear deodirant there personal hygiene is horrible they smell very sweaty even the shop does.They all talk in there language not very professional

Exceptional Customer Service. Owner is very friendly and makes sure to make every customer feel welcomed in store. Incredibly cheap for the quality of the service provided, definitely worth going back!
