Best service ever, I had a certain problem I was worried about, everything double checked, extra time taken to make sure I had no underlying problem, I feel great and I know I will be able to see great when I pick my new glasses up!

I use to go to a place where the AA paid for your check up every two years. tried bifocals last time which were quite expensive and returned around 6 times as just could not make them work, blurry all time know matter what I did. I tried Visque, they said their lenses are different as the ones I had have been improved many times over the years. To be honest, I didn't believe them when they said this! I purchased two pairs and from the time I tried them on, I loved them. Everything so clear and I absolutely love them. If you want bifocals, go to Visique, so impressed. Service is amazing also - everyone so kind.

Excellent experience as a new customer, from entering and being acknowledged immediately, to the friendly welcome and process of filling out info in a comfy waiting area. The wait wasnt long as there was much to view, like a tv with great ads for new glasses and then the glasses on display themselves which you can wander around and view or try on. Then a lovely and interesting eye exam with the most upto date technology, the peripheral eye machine was like playing video games, which was fun!! To the actual consult with Nick who is very professional, easy going, fun to talk too and made my appointment fun but very informative! Thanks also to Skyla who was patient with me at the end of the consult with buying my beautiful Bill Bass glasses too explaining the payment options I really appreciated this! Thank you Pene for your help also and am very glad that I was recommended by a friend of a friend. Thanks Visique Lower Hutt you are a great team who care about their customers needs!
