I have a Seadoo RXT-X 255 which is 13 years old but has not been used a lot.Woodbine replaced the wear ring as we went into level 3 and I took it out for the first time on the 11th November. The engine light came on and I went back to shore and gave Woodbine a call. Spoke to Guy Oglesby the service manager who was extremely helpful. He said to drop the ski in on the 16th and he would try and fit it in. Got an email on the same day to say that it had been repaired and could collect.Fantastic service from Guy and the team at Woodbine Marine.

Really disappointed in the service we received. Walked in 23rd of November to ask about purchasing a jetski. Sam was out so we dealt with Rhys. Never in my life have I met someone so uninterested. Briefly asked us when we had spoken to Sam and then laughed when we asked if they had stock before Xmas. Rhys didn't bother even asking for contact number to follow up. Not to worry though, we got an amazing jetski from your competitors.

Recently purchased a huntsman from sam and his team prior to lockdown.There were great to deal with and went beyond expectation with there service and communication. They are a one stop shop.Love the boat super happy.

Excellent service from the team here, especially Matt. Honest and fair pricing on everything. I would highly recommend woodbine for sales, parts and service. Significantly better than other companies I've worked with in the past.

Poor service with sales team. Enquired about a jetski, was contacted then with a package deal price on it and was told which finance to use. I asked if I could put down a deposit to hold it while I sorted finance, which I got no reply on. The same day I was approved finance and when I asked a question about it they'd already sold it out from under me to someone else without even letting me know there was other interest. Cheers for the hassle of sorting finance which YOU informed me to get. 1 star.
