Huge thank you to Anil - one of the agents here - we visited another local travel agent prior to coming here and had quite standoff-ish service and our budget was physically laughed at... We popped over the road & instantly Anil was warm and welcoming and onto it. 5 minutes later we walked out with our holiday booked & it was well within our budget! He's also been fantastic at answering our questions via email, prompt replies, so helpful. Highly recommend!

We booked our trip to Europe with Anil at Helloworld Birkenhead and then due to news of a serious family illness, 3 weeks out from the date of travel we had to postpone. Anil took care of everything and nothing was a problem. We changed the trip completely and Anil booked planes, trains and accommodation. The service was exceptional and Anil took away all the stress. We went to Europe for a month and everything went like clockwork. Fabulous accommodation and great timing on trains and flights. I would recommend Anil at Birkenhead to everyone.

Anil is the perfect travel agent; he finds the flights that are difficult to connect to ,and manages to produce an itinerary that matches our requirements, and all the time trying to keep the flight costs as low as possible.We have used his services for about 15 years (maybe longer..) and we have always been pleased with the arrangements that he has made on our behalf.
