Z - Woolston - Service Station

Was served by a worker Rosie who was off the bat RUDE in her tone of voice when she served me. She started yelling loudly at me and arguing (could not believe what I was experiencing never thought someone who works in customer service could be so unprofessional and yelling aggressively towards a customer infront of other customers like that and accusing me of not paying for petrol and tried charging me twice (I had prepaid) I even showed her my account that the money had already come out but she refused to look and told me to ring my bank. This massive ordeal her yelling at me went for several minutes when a man came out (after her telling me that there was nobody else I could talk to and she was the only one working so she straight up lied) the issue was sorted because I told him that I prepared for the petrol and all she needed to charge me for was my water. I got no apology from her this women is rude beyond belief please look at this person's behaviour on camera I was there on 26/11/21 inbetween 10:20am - 10:30am she even told me that she was the manager if she is then I would be worried as this behavior is unacceptable on any level and she should not be serving customers.

Good location.Well trained customer service crew.Their Hot cabinet food is yum.

Open 24/7. Friendly staff. Will come out and pump petrol in your car, if they ain't already busy. Also a great cup of coffee. That's got to be a bonus :)

Quick refueling, good range if food and refreshments, rest room, car wash, free air, expresso coffee, oils, deisel, and petrol.Concierge service on the forcourt which will aid you in refuelling, window wash, oils check and top up, water etc......Pay at pump available 24hrs which excepts coupons and Flybuys.trailer hire available, no waiting, electronic kiosk to book in store.

This is a good servo. This one keeps it's doors open at night instead of using night pay so way better than trying to communicate through glass.

Hired a trailer with flat tyres, that i only noticed after loading a ton of dirt onto it in the country. Staff couldn't have given a continental
