Highly recommend Jordan, she is friendly, knowledable and works with you to create achievable nutrition plans. I felt like she listened to my goals and was able to create a plan that worked for me, as a shift worker this can sometimes be difficult.

I highly recommend Jordan at Mission Nutrition. I had tried for a long time to set up healthy eating habits but it wasn't until I met with Jordan and she suggested some eating options that I would never have tried that I really noticed a change in my energy levels and a huge change in my performance in the gym.
