Stock advertised not on shelf. Approached counter and they said yes they are here.Couldnt finds them even with salespersons assistance. Tried to sell me another item. Told salesperson the search of your system said they were in stock. Went and asked at the counter again. Where the advertised item was ? In the storeroom. I then asked if I could have one . This took quite some time. Finally I received the item i'd travelled some distance to obtain.
