not customer friendly

These are beautiful bags and are incredibly well made – you wont be disappointed! However did you know they only offer a welcome / 1st purchase discount to overseas customers and not New Zealanders? As they are a NZ brand i think this is a bit disappointing. Anyway I thought it was worth bringing attention to what I assume is a little known fact. I sent them an email asking as to why this was the case a while ago and they still haven't replied.You can see below their response... I think majority would prefer the discount off their first purchase here. The perks they talk about here aren't that great (none of my friends have bothered with them) - you would get more out of a discount on your 1st purchase. But I am just 1 person and it is just my opinion. Like I said the bags are great.
